- Please download the Bylaws and Covenants for the new prospective homeowners. Also, please contact us regarding outstanding association fees for this particular residence. Annual fees for the 2022 Calendar Year are $650. The fees cover a shared septic system, green space maintenance and association administration expenses.
- We will gladly support your efforts and request that we are provided a minimum of two weeks to respond with the appropriate information.
- For quicker than two-week turnaround, a fee of $250 will be charged and payment received before issuing requested expedited information.
- We look forward to meeting our new neighbors and understand that we will wish well for our departing neighbors.
